The $6.00 skirt

So i found out what to do with this (skirt) that only cost me $6.50 and my pure silk blazer was $6.00 by the way..but who's counting..lol,anywho i paired it with a target tank and some leggings that were about 4.00 and how could i forget my boots which my hubby didnt get when he took the pic..but i think u gals get my drift:)
